The Exchange (IULYP)

Who we are

Notice something different? We’ve changed our name! The Indianapolis Urban League Young Professionals is now The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League.

Why the change? We listened to our members and the community. We came together as one collaborative effort and selected a name that resonated with all who want to serve our diverse community. The name is different, but the mission and goals remain the same.

We believe the next generation must be empowered to affect change and meet the unique challenges in the Indianapolis urban community.

Our mission is to mobilize the next generation, ages 21-40, to support the Indianapolis Urban League in efforts to assist African Americans, other minorities and disadvantaged individuals to achieve social and economic equality.
