Hepatitis Testing Day

What is Hepatitis C?
Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver, which can be caused by drug and alcohol use, or certain medical conditions. In most cases, hepatitis is caused by a virus known as viral hepatitis, and the most common forms are hepatitis A, B, and C.

It is estimated that 2-3 million people in the United States are living with hepatitis C.

Come and receive a free and confidential hepatitis C test administered by the Indianapolis Urban League Special Population Support Program team. No ID or appointment needed.

Testing Day features:

  • FREE Testing for hepatitis C (Rapid 10 minutes)
  • Prevention materials, hepatitis C pamphlets, and educational information for protection and cure
  • Gift cards for those who get tested – While supplies last
