Testing and Support Specialist, Special Population Support Program (SPSP)

Leda Evans started working for the Indianapolis Urban League at Treatment Plus in September 2007. In February 2008, she transitioned into a Counseling and Testing Specialist role for the Urban League.

Leda conducts HIV/STD education presentations, pre- and post-test counseling and testing for HIV/STDs at Indiana State Department of Mental Health accredited sites such as treatment centers, methadone clinics, Men’s Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC), and Volunteers Of America (men’s and women’s). She also offers services to men and women’s shelters.
