Guadalupe Kelle has over 20 years of experience working in the HIV AIDS arena. Mrs. Kelle was formerly a registered nurse, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and Occupational Safety. Guadalupe is married to retired navy Master Chief, Carl E Kelle Jr., and is the mother of four.
