World AIDS day, founded in 1988 was the first-ever global health day, is celebrated worldwide annually on December 1 to unite people around the world in the fight against HIV, support people living with HIV, and remember those who have died from AIDS-related illness.

Youth and adults in the LGBTQ community will be honored for their noteworthy work in the greater Indianapolis Community followed by a celebration featuring local entertainers: Sizzling Sondra and Chablis Onasis DuPree, Robyn D’Banques, Phyllis Dong, The Mistress and from Louisville, Kentucky, Uhstele H. Valentine.
