Mental Health in the Workplace Town Hall and Panel Discussion
Indianapolis Urban League recognizes that although mental health and mental illness are used in multiple contexts and are often intertwined, both have their own distinct definitions and can be complex.
Join guest panelists for an engaging conversation with mental health professionals, social services agencies, the court system, employers, and community members in conversations on the definitions of both mental health and mental illness, what these definitions mean to the job seeker, those currently employed, and employers. Panelists will also share how to retain, support, and assist employees struggling with the stress of everyday life. Questions and Answer session will follow.
