
Volunteers are needed Saturday, July 30, 2022, to help us celebrate education at this annual community event to prepare our students and families to return to school.

Volunteer Experience Times:
Shift One: 7:15 am – 9:45 am – Set Up
Shift Two: 9:15 am – 1:15 pm – Event Volunteer
Shift Three: 11:30 am – 3:30 pm – Event Volunteer and Tear Down
Volunteer Duties:
All volunteer duties are completed with social distancing and minimal contact for the safety of all.
Volunteers will assist with a variety of duties including, but not limited to, set-up of the parking lot and event site, organizing backpacks, directing traffic, serving concessions, distributing community resources, stamping passports, and other duties.
Attire:
Company t-shirt if volunteering with a company or a red t-shirt for individuals, jeans or shorts to your knees, and comfortable closed-toe shoes such as sneakers are acceptable. NO CROCS or SANDALS – must wear closed-toe shoes to volunteer.
Volunteer Requirements:
Masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer are provided. Volunteers are welcome to wear their own face masks. Masks are required to be worn at all times covering the nose and mouth. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. Volunteers must be 15 years or older.
